Yes, I made a cake that steamed.
My suggestions :
- When steamming, please make sure that the steamer already has many fumes and please don't open before 20 minutes or more.
- Make sure that none fumes fall down into batter when steamming.
Ingredients:
Part A.
- 425 ml white eggs,
- 225 gr sugar,
- 1/4 tsp salt,
- 10 gr cake emulsifier,
- 1/4 tsp vanilli powder.
Part B.
- 200 gr flour,
- 1/2 tsp baking powder.
Part C.
How?
- Beat white eggs until develop and before become soft peak, pour sugar gradually.
- Put cake emulsifier, salt and vanili antil soft peak.
- Pour part B gradually until mix together. Pour part C, mix with baloon whisk until mix.
- Steamed for 25-30 minutes.
