Peanut Butter Cookies






For extra crunch add 50 gr chopped peanuts with the peanut butter.

That's the suggestion to make better.

It was so nutty, and crunchy.


Ingredients:


115 gr plain flour,
1/2 tsp bacarbonat of soda,
pinch of salt,
115 gr butter,
125 gr firmly packed light brown sugar,
1 egg,
1 tsp vanilla essence,
225 gr crunchy peanut butter.

How?


1. Sift together the flour, bicarbonat of soda and salt and set aside.

2. With an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3. In another bowl, mix the egg and vanilla essence, then gradually beat into the butter mixture.

4. Stir in the peanut butter and blend throughly. Stir in the dry ingredients. Chill for at least 30 minutes, until firm.

5. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celcius.
6. Make shape with dough, as we want.

7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly coloured.
8. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
