Vanilla Crescents Cookies

These attractively shaped cookies are sweet and delicate, ideal for an elegant afternoon tea.
Yes, that's right.
It was prooven by us.
My daughter like this cookies much.
Six cookies in every morning is minimum.

I share the recipe below.

Ingredients:

175 gr cups unblanched almonds,
115 gr plain flour,
pinch of salt,
225 gr unsalted butter,
115 gr granulated sugar,
1 tsp vanilla essence,
icing sugar for dusting.

How?
1. Grind the almonds with a few tablespoons of flour in a food processor.
2. Sift the remaining flour with the salt into a bowl. Set aside.
3. With an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the almonds, vanilla essence and the flour mixture. Stir to mix well. Gather the dough into a ball, wrap in greaseproof paper, and chill for at least 30 minutes. "For this one, I suggest that really minimum 30 minutes. Because if less than 30 minutes the dough is not well enaugh to make a small crescents".
5. Preheat the oven to 160 degree Celcius.
6. break off walnut-size pieces of dough and roll into small cylinders. Bend into small crescents and place on the prepared baking sheets.
7. Bake for about 20 minutes until dry but not brown.
8. Dusting with icing sugar.
9. Served.

She is my lovely daughter. She can make crescents cookies ;)
